Custom-made items take 3-4 weeks to create. Once we receive your order, we will send you an email confirmation with an estimated shop date. If you need something sooner, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Ready-made items will ship in 1-3 business days. We currently use paypal to process all payment information. The information you give us when placing an order is encrypted with a special code for your protection.Your personal data is encrypted with SSL( Secure Socket Layer) technology before it is sent to us during the transfer. It is then placed behind a Firewall and stored encrypted in a secure location until your order is processed by us. We ship to all United States addresses by Priority Mail. Orders are shipped insured with Delivery Confirmation. You may check the shipping cost prior to making a payment via our shopping cart. Shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight. We do offer Overnight Delivery for an additional fee. We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks and Money orders. Credit card payments are being processed through Paypal and we are Paypal Verified. You do not need to have a paypal account to use this free service. Eleni Hope Designs We will not process your order until your check has cleared, which usually takes 5-7 business days. There is a 40.00 fee for all returned checks. When you order using our shopping cart, your credit card is not charged until your order ships. Our credit card company just holds the amount due and charges your card when we send out your order You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Eleni Hope Designs is not responsible for shipping timetables once your order leaves our hands. It is impossible for us to control the shipping process of the USPS.
